How to permanently delete your Zutly account and data.
How to Delete Your Account
From the app:
- Open Zutly app
- Go to Profile → Settings
- Scroll down and tap "Delete Account"
- Confirm deletion
⚠️ What happens when you delete your account:
- Your profile is permanently deactivated
- All active bookings are cancelled automatically
- Passengers on your rides will be notified
- Your reviews and ratings remain anonymous
- You will be logged out from all devices
- This action cannot be undone
Data Deleted
- Personal information (name, phone, email)
- Profile photo and bio
- Government ID documents
- Emergency contacts
- Saved places
- Vehicle information
- Active session tokens
Data Retained
For legal and safety purposes, we retain:
- Ride history (anonymized)
- Reviews (shown as "Deleted User")
- Transaction records (for dispute resolution, 90 days)
